Accounting Seed’s new Help Center provides a streamlined process for creating and managing support cases or to schedule a call with Support. The Help Center launched during the Winter ‘26 release includes the Knowledge Base, access to Learning, and the Support Agent.  You can also submit product suggestions here. 

Getting Started 

You can see Knowledge Base articles and use the Support agent without logging in, but you must create a user account to create a case, schedule a support call, or send a product suggestion. 

To access Accounting Seed’s new Help Center, set up your user account. This can be done by accessing our Sign Up page and registering your name, title, and work email address. After you provide this information, click the Sign Up button. 
 
Once you are signed up, you can access all the current features of our new Help Center  .

Create and Manage Cases 

Click the My Cases tab located on the home page, or within the navigation bar of any page in the Customer Support portal. 

On the My Cases page you can create a new case or view existing cases related to your organization. 

Prior to opening a new case, it is best practice to check whether a member of your team has already requested support on your topic.  

Sort the list view in an ascending or descending order by clicking one of the associated column headers. 

Click an associated case number to view or respond to comments related to the existing case.  

Once you've confirmed there is no existing open case related to your support, create a new case. 

1. Click the New button. 
    
    

2. Provide the required information on the Case Form. 
    

• Status: Defaults to New. 

• Contact Name 

• Case Reason: Helps assign your case to the appropriate support team member. 

• Subject: Create a descriptive title for your case. 

• Description: An area to provide details about your issue. 

• Add details to other fields as necessary.  

3. Click Save.
