Overview 

Accounting Seed Billings and Customer Statement PDF documents can be emailed directly from the PDF generation page.  Emails are formatted with default templates, but you can customize templates with a unique title, subject, and body text.

Customize PDF Email Templates

1. Log into Salesforce and navigate to Setup.
2. Enter Classic Email in the Quick Find search textbox. Then, click Classic Email Templates.
3. Select Accounting Seed Email Templates from the Folder drop-down list. Then, click the Email Template Name that you want to customize.
4. Click Clone and rename the Email Template with a Unique Name.
   
5. Edit the Description, click Save, and on the new Email Template Detail page, click Edit.
   
6. Edit the Email body and click Save.
   
7. Copy the name of your new Template.
   
8. Navigate to PDF Formats and open the original PDF format you are changing.
   
9. Click the Edit button and replace the old Default Email Template name with the new one you just copied.
   
10. Click Save and send a test email to yourself to verify your changes.
