Overview

Occasionally, Accounting Seed or other Salesforce application providers may ask you for your Org ID to update your license or install other applications. Your Salesforce Organization (Org) ID is the unique identifier for your Salesforce instance and is used to connect your Accounting Seed account with your Salesforce account.

Sample Salesforce Organization ID: 00D1N23456T7M8

Lightning Experience:

1. Click the Gear icon at the top of the page and then select Setup.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click the Company Settings drop-down menu and select Company Information.
4. On the Company Information screen, under Organization Detail, find your  Salesforce Organization ID. 

Salesforce Classic:

1. Click Setup.
2. Under Administer, click the Company Profile drop-down menu.
3. Click Company Information.
4. On the Company Information screen, under Organization Detail, find your Salesforce Organization ID.
