Overview

Sola is a payment processor used with AR Automation. This article explains how to create and invite new users to your Sola Portal.

Note: You must have the Admin role in the Sola Portal to add new users.

Create a new Sola User

1. Sign in to the Sola Portal at https://portal.solapayments.com/login
2. In the left-hand menu, click Settings at the bottom.
3. Click Portal Settings.
4. Click User Management.
5. Enter your MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) code.
6. Click the blue + New User button in the top-right corner.
7. Enter the user's email address.
8. Assign a User Role. The default options are Admin, Advanced, and Standard.
9. Click Create and Invite User.

The user will receive an email invitation to access the Sola Portal.
