Overview

Accounting Seed allows the use of bar code scanning to update serial numbers for products and verify product information.

Steps

1. For a serialized product, click on the item and click the Scan to update the serial numbers for that particular item.
2. The Product Code field is required (cannot be null) to make sure this is indeed the right product that you are scanning.
3. Click Save & Complete.
4. Now the serial numbers are updated on the shipment lines.
5. Update the Status from Scheduled to Shipped.
6. Click Save.
