Please calculate entries of hours used and subtract from total project hours to show balance.  This is a big deal to know outstanding hours left on a project in a Project Accounting solution.

  You can easily do this declaratively by calculating a roll up sum calculation on time card lines. A free solution to calculate these rollups is Declarative Lookup Roll-up Summaries (DLRS). Then create simple formula fields to calculate the remaining balance.
