Kit Products have a product part limit of 5 (five) product parts.

We have been waiting several years for the product parts on kits to be able to exceed 5 parts and were told it was going to be coming soon.  We still get an error msg with the alert that we cannot exceed 5 parts. When will this be implemented?

  Thank you for submitting a feature request and helping us improve our product! This feature is currently not on our product roadmap, but we do understand the importance of this increased limit and therefore, this request will be sent to our product development team for review.

  The limit was raised several years ago as part of the rollout of the weighted avg cost system. If you are experiencing this error it's because you are using the older standard cost system which they arent enhancing any further. They won't be raising the limit on the standard cost system. You'll want to migrate to their avg cost system. Alternatively you may want to investigate Goldfinch inventory management...lots more functionality and it integrates with AS.
