Redo the mass add/edit row pages as true LWC

These pages should be redesigned in true LWC and not just "wrapped". This would also keep the UI in line with regular lightning functionality where suggested records display when at least 3 characters are entered into a lookup field. AS's current design requires users to make additional clicks on the looking glass icon to find the value proving for a poor UX.
