Add chatter to all lightning record pages

If you can solve the problem of it preventing installs/upgrades if feed tracking is not enabled in an org, then this would be a much appreciated option to have configured in AS by default. Many laymen users don't even know the feature is available or how to config it. And for partners and users who do know it takes many hours to update all of the AS lightning record pages for this.
