Make LLP the app default and the default layout config

LLP is better suited to your primary customer base in the U.S. Almost all partners recommend LLP and then have to go thru the lengthy task of configuring the org to be LLP based. The app default (and layouts) should be LLP by default. Or a separate package for U.S. vs non U.S. customers.
