Get rid of HLP's consolidation of transactions on lines with same dimensions

The consolidation of transactions under HLP for lines should be removed. It reduces the traceability of data and makes it almost impossible for users and partners to create customizations that rely on that direct relationship from the line to the transaction. Furthermore the supposed "savings" of transaction count is completely negated by the fact that potentially up to 5 additional transactions are created for each line if the line's tax group contains 5 tax rates. Additionally this same function is present in your NPSP connector and makes it generally unfit for most users.
