Recurring JE object should have lookups to Billing, Payable and Fixed Assets

Current method of amoritzation/depreciation whereby entries are booked out into the future is undesirable for many as clawback, adjustments, etc may change the calculation of amortization/depreciation.  A better choice is to use the recurring JE to do this on a scheduled basis.  There should be lookups to the origin source document and a way to create  the recurring job from the origin source document
