Issues installing the ERP package

I am trying to install a demo of Accounting Seed into a sandbox but keep hitting the same error. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? I tried to submit a support case but I don't think I have access since I'm technically not a customer yet. 

Package: Accounting Seed Orders & Inventory (04t3o000001ICvx)
Error Number: 1641028611-35117 (1017697906)

Problem:

1. (Account_Accounting_ERP_Record_Home) Your org doesn't have access to component runtime_sales_merge:mergeCandidatesPreviewCard.

  Have you already installed the financial package? That one has to go first. Orders and inventory is not standalone.

  Yes, I did. The install page does a fairly good job explaining the order of operations thankfully.
