Why isn't this component part of the Lightning apps when Accounting Seed is installed?  Based on the documentation, I have to clone all of the Managed Apps and add the Ledger Manager component to each one.

  Accounting Seed comes with one transactional ledger.  Since additional ledgers are add-ons and the Ledger Manager only is useful for multi-ledgers, we do not include it by default when installed.
