Master Billing PDF templates

Really like the new Master Billing feature, but we need more options for the PDF template.

It would be really lovely if there was a master Billing PDF template that shows the information from the master Billing header, and then ONLY shows all the billing lines from the related billings - so that it all LOOKS like one invoice to the client so that the company sending the invoice can chose whether to send the itemized list of separate billings, or a unified master billing.
