Auto update Billing Address when "Customer Name" is updated on Billing

When we edit the customer name on the Billing record, the Billing Address on the Billing does not automatically update to match what is on the account record

  This can be done via a before save flow that fires when Account IS CHANGED then change Billing address and shipping address from Account.
