Time Forecasting

The current approach to time forecasting leverages the same Time Cards capability that is used to capture actual time.  While this approach works fine for capturing actual time, it is not an effective way to capture forecasts.

Forecasts typically are captured at the Project level and are Monthly or Weekly versus the existing Time Card entries that are at the Project Task and Daily.  Having a capability where users could be entering information the higher level is more in line with how businesses/projects actually function.
