Time Card Posting

Currently Time Cards can only be posted using the List View or Schedule. 

There is a "Post" action but that action is only accessible to the mobile phone form factor on page layouts so it is unuable to anyone on their computers.

Accounting Seed should also have a Flow Action so that the posting process can be further automated.
