Time Card Posting Errors

Having a System Exception Error Message of "Attemp to de-reference a null object" means nothing to a user to actually address the issue that exists.  A good message would reference where the issue exists (Time Card, Time Card Line, Project, Project Task, etc.) and what the actual issue is (ex. "Missing Value", "Not Approved", etc.)
