Time Card Add/Edit Line Component

The Time Card Line Add Edit Component:

1) Has multiple columns that may not be used by clients and cannot be removed.  These include: Project Task, Billable, Overtime, Variable 1 & Variable 2.  There should be the ability to remove these.

2) Should have some ability to specify the order of the rows that appear.
