Allow for Time Card Visualforce Page to Respect Field Level Security

When modifying field-level security, it does seem to be respected on the time card line lightning component called: TimeCardNavProxy. For example, if you try to hide the internal comment at the field level security level, it is still editable on the time card line visualforce page and cannot be modified unless a partner writes their own custom component, which is a waste a time to modify one or two fields.
