Please include permission set updates in Release Notes

Since not all customers use your OOTB permission sets, it would be really helpful to include what changes were made to the existing permission sets so that end users can successfully navigate what fields, visualforce pages and apex classes to add to their existing permission sets or create new ones to ensure their users don't have disrupted functionality.

It would also be helpful to specify which OOTB permission sets are needed/can be used to access which new features/functionality.
