Time Card Period Enhancements

Requesting the ability to use custom dates in Time Card Periods.

For example, when I create a Time Card Period with a Start Date of 6/28, the End Date Defaults to 7/4 and cannot be overwritten.

Ideally there would be two Time Card Periods for that week:

6/28-6/30

7/1-7/4

This would allow for end of month billing to be done sooner and more accurately because the June invoice would not include any July hours.
