Time Card Entry Enhancements

It would be great if Accounting Seed allowed for multiple time cards on the same Time Card Period, specifically for end of month Time Cards and Billing.

Example: Current Time Card Period Start Date = 6/28 and End Date = 7/4, which means that June's hours cannot be submitted until July 5th.

Ideally we'd be able to create one Time Card for 6/28-6/30 and another Time Card for 7/1-7/4.

This would allow for June's billing to include only June hours, and not include any July hours.
