checks no longer printing correctly

    Hi Aaron,

    Try going into the accounting settings and scrolling to the bottom and adjusting the check print offsets.

    Thanks, for responding.  However, that solution is not helping. I am able to move some of the text down...but there are details that belong on the 3rd part of the check that are printing on the 2nd part of the check. I've attached a photo so you can see what I'm referring to.  The line that reads:  "Please detach and retain..." should be a couple inches lower (below the pink line).

    Do you know if there was a change between the last time you printed checks and now? This could mean new check stock or a customization to the org.

    There are no changes I am aware of.  This is the same check stock we have been using since we implemented Accounting Seed and no one else should be able to make customization changes to the org other than I.  I only made changes to the offsets after you suggested it.  The printing error was occurring before that.  

     

    I agree that it seems as though the configuration is somehow off.  Other than offsets, where can I look?

    Hello, i am having the same issue.  nothing was changed on our end but checks are now printing out of alignment.  Is there a default reset or something?

    Hi Terrence and Aaron,

    It seems that there may have been some global changes in settings due to a microsoft update, please make sure the "fit to page" checkbox is not checked prior to printing the PDF.
