Tracking Non-User's Time / Expenses?

Hi! Has anyone used AccountingSeed's Project Accounting functionality to track time & expenses for non-users?

It looks like the Time Card / Expense objects have lookups to the User object -- are there any best practices / recommendations for tracking time against resources that are not licensed users?

  We paid Gimbal Logic to create custom code to allow us to do this, as you are correct, this is not currently possible in the standard Accounting Seed system.
