Linking a Journal Entries to a "Related Transaction" CR entry?

Is it possible to record a journal entry and link it to a "Related Transaction"? I have a CR recorded on 1/1/24, and would like to do a value dated change to it on 3/31/24. I can't seem to figure out how to do a value dated adjustment within the CR, so thought maybe I could do a journal entry and link it to the CR. Anyone had any success with this?

  Can you add them both to a bank deposit?
