Mass Printing Billings

I have a client who requires the ability to mass print approximately 500 billings per month.  Any suggestions other than Conga?

  Curious to know if there is a way to do this yet - I too have to print all our invoices when mailing our statements and its a pain to go do it with conga one at a time.
