Add related list quicklinks and chatter to all lightning record pages

As AS moved more towards leveraging dynamic forms and dynamic actions in its lightning record pages to push through automatic layout changes, it makes it more reliant on companies to use the AS managed package version lightning record page to allow for seamless updates. HOWEVER, ALL of AS pages lack the related quicklinks component AND chatter component. The only clients can use them is to create custom pages that won't get automatically updated by AS. These two most basic components should be on EVERY lightning record page to allow users to more easily find related records and to collaborate via chatter in context of the record. As a Salesforce app, AS should be leveraging the most basic tools available to all users.
