Multi-currency GL Accounts and PDF Formats no longer installed when enabling multi-currency

Accounting Seed used to pre-install necessary multi-currency GL Accounts as well as PDF formats configured for multi-currency whenever multi-currency was enabled.

I just became aware that is no longer being done when multi-currency is being enabled.  Would request that you reinstitute that pre-installation behavior.
