Hi Marco - You should not expect them to update their Stripe integration. With the rollout of their integration to Card Knox that is now the payment processor of choice by AS and all future development will likely go towards enhancing that integration. The Stripe integration will continue to be supported but it will very likely not be enhanced. If you need more full featured functionality for payments using Stripe, then you're best either using another payments app (Blackthorn Payments is one I'm familiar with that I know can do refunds directly from Salesforce). You'd have to have an integration between that app built since there isn't one available OOTB.

Or if you are familiar with the Stripe API you could build your own functionality. Salesforce now has the ability to build API fallouts declaritively in flow.

Hi Bao, thank you for your valuable feedback and I fully agree: all the feedback I get from AS is towards Card Knox. The thing is, we are based in Germany and processing EUR. Card Knox is currently only supporting USD. To make things worse: atm AS is not able to process payments with strong user authentication (2FA ) which is compulsive in the EU.

I will have a look into Blackthorn and the API is as well a very good option, as Stripe has a good one. But we hoped to get the basic things going directly within AS. That was the reason why we choose Stripe.
