Date on Journal Entry Line match Journal Entry Date

Right now, the date on the journal entry line defaults to TODAY() instead of the date on the journal entry header record.

It would be really helpful if the date on the journal entry line defaulted to the same date on the journal entry header instead of TODAY().

  I second that suggestion! And I think the same could be said for Billing Lines, Sales Order Lines, AP Lines, etc.

  One option is to delete the dates then the header date will be used. The same issue occurs when cloning journals, but it uses the cloned journal dates. I agree that the date should have an option to match the header, maybe with a checkbox.

  I agree with both Rebecca and David's comments. It would also be helpful if the Accounting Period in the Billing Cash Receipt defaulted to the Accounting Period in the Cash Receipt header record.
