Increase Journal Entry lines limit to 10,000 for importing

Please consider increasing the Payroll Import feature from 1,000 journal entry lines to 10,000 journal entry lines.  Payroll files can be large and detailed and generally when you have more than 100 employees the payroll files exceed 1,000 lines.
