Have a standard permission set without Modify All/View All

If there could be one or 2 standard permission sets without Modify All or View All on objects that would be great. 

While permission set groups have muting capabilities, muting Modify All/View All on every object is a chore. 

A use case would be an accounting clerk, who needs access to A/R and A/P - Using Cash In Accountant and Cash Out & Banking then muting all objects...

  Agreed. Setting your perm sets with Modify All or View All is an incredibly lazy way of setting up your standard perm sets.

  I agree that this would make life easier for orgs that have a private sharing model.  Please consider implementing it.
