How to Display Taxes using HLP on Sales Order

How can we bring in the HLP Taxes (Tax Group) information from an Opportunity Line Object to a Sales Order? The Sales Order Line Object does not have fields for Tax Group.

We would then like to pass the Taxes information from Sales Order Lines to the Billing and not bring the Tax Group from the Product itself.
