Use field sets on ALL managed AS visualforce pages

There are still some visualforce pages where we cannot add custom fields - notably the Receive Payment page.

Please update these pages to use field sets so that custom fields can be added.  

It's very challenging when an org has a custom required field and cannot add it to the layout to be populated.

  I'd like to add the new refund page from cash receipt to this list.  There's no way to populate a required custom field making the refund button useless.
