Can we have our procurement system running on Salesforce integrate with your inventory system?

  Yes, you can use whatever pieces of Accounting Seed that you would like to. We have 5 types of inventory movements.

  Hi Tony, Thanks for your reply. Does this means the inventory system will be able to update the balance sheet for inventory updates? If we perform a stock in function into the inventory system to update the stock level the balance sheet will also get updated immediately?

  Yes, If you process these as inventory transactions in Accounting Seed, they will update the balance sheet and profit and loss with whatever GL accounts you specify. Please contact me at tzorc@accountingseed.com if you have more questions.

  We are using the inventory system to keep stock of both perishable and non-perishable goods. We are a dive resort who keep stocks of consumables as well. Will the inventory system for this purpose?

  Yes, several customers handle this by either building an expiration date into the inventory location name or adding this as a custom field on the location object.
