BDC Automatch does not fulfill B2C business needs

We have a very high volume of transactions that have the same date and amount. If there is 1 CR that matches it, all of the bank transactions match it.

We would like the ability to change/configure the order of the match and add logic, i.e. run add first. 

Next, we have 76,000+ accounts, of which 11,000+ have Match file import names. The 5000 account search limit is causing them lots of manual work as the accounts are not being included in the search. We need a way to increase the limit searched, and/or a way to have it search the match file import name first. (We prefer both.)
