Organisation wide email addresses allowed profiles
The Dev team was able to track down what is occurring with the Org-Wide Email Addresses. The code that pulls the addresses is querying the org-wide emails in a system context, which does not take into account specific sharing rules or profile assignments. It simply pulls them all. That is why you see all of the in the from list on the create PDF page.
Update AS to filter org-wide email addresses as per allowed profiles on org wide addresses.
We have different brands and some users should not have access to others brands Org-wide addresses.
