EU Number Formatting on Templates

In EU and many other countries, it is common to use a comma to separate decimals and a period to separate thousands. The difference is 1.021,59 and 1,021.59. It would be nice to have the option to format our numbers in our invoice templates using either of the formatting option without having to change user location in SF.
