Background Information
Accounting Seed’s pricing includes a number of Accounting records (also referred to as transactions) per quarter. To understand how many of these records you are generating in your instance of Accounting Seed, you can run some very simple reports (as explained above) that will give the data in real-time and allow you to plan for any potential overage costs. Accounting Records are defined as:
- Journal Entries
- Billings
- Cash Receipts
- Cash Disbursements
- Payables
- Amortization Entries
- Purchase Orders
- Sales Orders
The base fee includes a total of 7,500 of the above types of records per quarter. For customers who exceed that amount, the pricing per quarter is explained in the table below and will be billed in arrears.
