Create Trial Data

Overview 

Clicking the Create Trial Data button will automatically create demo data that is added to your org (organization). The main purpose of this data is for our partners who are trying to quickly generate sample data to demo our product. 

Clicking the Disable Trial Data button is used to prevent a user from accidentally creating demo data. This prevents users from adding Trial Data to a populated Accounting Seed application.

Note: The ability to Create Trial Data is only available for users with AS Full Admin permission access.

Create Trial Data

1. Click the Gear icon and select Setup.
   
   
   
   
2. Enter Visualforce in the Lookup search textbox. Then, select Visualforce Pages.
3. Click the Preview icon on the TrialData page to preview this page in a new browser window.

4. Click Create Trial Data.
   Note: The Disable Trial Data button is also available in this screen and is used to prevent users from adding Trial Data to a populated Accounting Seed application.

5. Click OK to proceed with creating a test set of Accounting Seed Financial Suite data in your org (organization). Otherwise, click Cancel.
