Overview 

This release includes configuration changes that can be performed by existing Accounting Seed customers.

Configuration Changes

AR Automation: Add Cash Receipt lookup to the JEL page layout

This configuration change is recommended for existing Accounting Seed AR Automation customers who also use the Split Journal Entry Lines (JEL) setting. This change displays the related Cash Receipt on the JEL.  

To add this field:

1. Click the Gear icon and select  Setup.
2. Click the Object Manager tab.
3. Search for and select the Journal Entry Line object.
4. Select Page Layouts, then select the Journal Entry Line layout.
5. Drag and drop the Cash Receipt field to the page layout. 
6. Click Save.

AP Automation: Add the Invoice Capture Pages field to the Payable page layout

For more information, refer to the Invoice Capture Pages section in the AI Invoice Capture article.

1. Click the Gear icon and select  Setup.
2. Click the Object Manager tab.
3. Search for and select the Payable object. 
4. Click Page Layouts and select the Account Payable Layout.
5. Drag and drop the Invoice Capture Pages field to the Information section, directly below the Invoice Capture Status field.
6. Click Save.
