OEM License

Accounting Seed is accounting software built natively on the Salesforce platform. If an Accounting Seed client no longer licenses Salesforce, we offer an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) license for Accounting Seed. An OEM license allows continued, uninterrupted use of Accounting seed in your current environment, and does not require subscriptions to any additional Salesforce products. In the OEM offering, Accounting Seed embeds the required Salesforce license. Please discuss the potential impact of this license conversion with your Accounting Seed Account Manager. If you decide to move to OEM, you will lose access to Salesforce features, which might have previously been used, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.  However, your Org ID will not change.
