Post/Unpost Limits

Overview

Important: If you have the Large Data Optimizer (LDO) feature enabled, these limits are not applicable. For information about line limits when using LDO, refer to the Large Data Optimizer article.

Like all apps, Accounting Seed has limitations to be aware of as you manage your business and accounting processes. The number of records and associated lines that can be posted or unposted for a source document record is limited as detailed below. This limit is enforced for source document records which are posted from either a detail page, list view, or via the API.

Billing Source Document Post/Unpost Limits

Billing Post Line Limit without Products	500 Billing Lines
Billing Post Line Limit with Products	250 Billing Lines
Billing Post Line Limit with Kitted Products	100 Billing Lines
Billing Post List View Record Selection Limit	200 Records
Billing Post List View Line Limit	The billing post line limit is the aggregate line count for all selected billing records. The billing post line limit is determined by the lesser limit for any billing records selected.
Billing Post API Line Limit	For instance, if a billing is selected which has a billing line with a kitted product and another billing has a billing line with a purchased inventory product, the aggregate number of billing lines which can be posted would be 100.
Billing Unpost List View Record Selection Limit	200 Records
Billing Unpost List View Line Limit Billing Unpost API Line Limit	The billing unpost line limit is the supported aggregate line count for all selected billing records. The billing unpost line limit 1000.

Payable Post List View Line Limit Payable Post API Line Limit	The payable post line limit is the aggregate line count for all selected payable records. The payable post line limit is determined by the lesser limit for any payable records selected. For instance if a payable is selected which has a payable line with no product and another payable has a payable line with a purchased inventory product which is product costed, the aggregate number of payable lines that can be posted would be 250.

Payable Unpost List View Line Limit Payable Unpost API Line Limit	The payable unpost line limit is the supported aggregate line count for all selected payable records. The payable unpost line limit 1000.
