Overview
Important: The ability to delete a Billing Cash Receipt (BCR) with the Large Data Optimizer (LDO) feature enabled using the information in this article is only applicable if your org is currently on the Winter ’25 release or higher.
After a Cash Receipt is created, it might need to be refunded and have the related Billing Cash Receipt (BCR) deleted. When you have the Large Data Optimizer (LDO) feature enabled, on a negative Cash Receipt that has been refunded, you can use the Delete BCR button to delete the related Billing Cash Receipt (BCR). You cannot directly delete the related Billing Cash Receipt under LDO because it requires running an asynchronous process.
Note: The Delete BCR button is only applicable to delete a Billing Cash Receipt (BCR) if you have the Large Data Optimizer (LDO) feature enabled. Otherwise, use the Delete button to delete a BCR record.
