Granting access to the Accounting Seed support team will allow us to log in as you and more easily troubleshoot your issue.

Grant Account Access in Salesforce Classic

  1. Click the drop-down menu beside your name on the navigation bar at the top of the page and select My Settings.
  2. Under My Settings on the left menu, click Personal and then select Grant Account Login Access from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select a duration from the Accounting Seed Support Access drop-down menu. If this is a support issue, we recommend selecting one week. If you purchased a Quick Start package, we recommend selecting one month.

 

Grant Account Access in Salesforce Lightning Experience

  1. Click Settings in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
  2. On the next page, click Grant Account Login Access.
  3. Select a duration from the Accounting Seed Support Access drop-down menu. If this is a support issue, we recommend selecting one week. If you purchased a Quick Start package, we recommend selecting one month.
