Overview
Granting access to the Accounting Seed support team will allow us to log in as you and more easily troubleshoot your issue.
Steps
Lightning Experience:
- At the top of any Salesforce page, click your image.
- Click Settings.
- On the next page, click Grant Account Login Access.
- Select a duration from the Accounting Seed Support Access drop-down menu. If this is a support issue, we recommend selecting one week. If you purchased a Quick Start package, we recommend selecting one month.
Salesforce Classic:
- Click the drop-down menu beside your name on the navigation bar at the top of the page and select My Settings.
- Under My Settings on the left menu, click Personal and then select Grant Account Login Access from the drop-down menu.
- Select a duration from the Accounting Seed Support Access drop-down menu. If this is a support issue, we recommend selecting one week. If you purchased a Quick Start package, we recommend selecting one month.
