Granting access to the Accounting Seed support team will allow us to troubleshoot your issue.

To grant access in the Classic Interface:

From your name on the top navigation bar: 
-- Choose My Settings

-- Expand the Personal menu item

--Choose Grant Account Login Access 
-- Populate the Accounting Seed Support Access Duration pick list with the appropriate duration (If this is a support issue, we recommend one week. If an on-boarding package was purchased, then we recommend one month)

 To grant access in the Classic Interface:

 From navigation bar at the top:

 --Click the View Profile icon

--Click into Settings

--Click Grant Account Login Access under Personal Information
