Overview
To cancel your Accounting Seed subscription, please follow the steps below:
- Contact your Customer Success Manager or send an email to customersuccess@accountingseed.com
- Complete and sign the cancellation contract
- Deallocate your Accounting Seed users
- Uninstall Accounting Seed.
For All Cancellations
The signed and completed form, with the correct Salesforce Organization ID must be submitted to your Customer Success Manager to cancel your Accounting Seed subscription. All Accounting Seed licenses, and consulting fee payments are final and non-refundable.
The cancellation form must be submitted to your Customer Success Manager 90 days before the next renewal date to avoid another year's subscription charge. Upon the Customer Success Manager's receipt of the cancellation form, all license removals and contract terminations become effective at the beginning of the next subscription period.
Note: All legacy Monthly, Quarterly and Semi-Annual contracts follow the Annual Contract cancellation requirements above.
Uninstall Accounting Seed
When you are ready to uninstall Accounting Seed, do the following:
- Click the Gear icon and select Setup.
- Enter Installed Packages in the Quick Find textbox.
- Select Installed Packages to access that page.
Tip: You will need to make sure that any Accounting Seed package fields or lookups to package fields are not required elsewhere in your Salesforce solution. If they are you will not be able to uninstall Accounting Seed until you resolve this requirement.
