Overview
To cancel your Accounting Seed subscription, please follow the steps below:
- Deallocate your Accounting Seed users
- Complete the attached subscription cancellation form, below
- Send the form by email to customersuccess@accountingseed.com
For All Cancellations
The signed and completed form, with the correct Salesforce Organization ID, must be submitted to the customer service department at customersuccess@accountingseed.com to cancel your Accounting Seed subscription. Please refer to your contract type below for more information.
All Accounting Seed licenses and consulting fee payments are final and non-refundable.
Cancellation Terms For Monthly Contracts
Upon the Customer Service Department's receipt of the cancellation form, all license removals and contract terminations become effective thirty days after your next billing date. The customer will remain responsible for any license fee through the effective date of the cancellation.
Cancellation Terms For Annual Contracts
The Customer Service Department must receive the cancellation form thirty days before the next annual billing date to avoid another year's subscription charge. Upon the Customer Service Department's receipt of the cancellation form, all license removals and contract terminations become effective at the beginning of the next subscription period. *All legacy Quarterly and Semi-Annual contracts follow the Annual Contract cancellation requirements above.
Uninstall Accounting Seed
Once you are ready to uninstall Accounting Seed, you can do that from the Setup Menu/Build/Installed Packages page.
Tip: You will need to make sure that any Accounting Seed package fields or lookups to package fields are not required elsewhere in your Salesforce solution. If they are you will not be able to uninstall Accounting Seed until you resolve this requirement.
